About

This blog is a place where mothers and daughters discuss today’s issues and interests. A place where the wisdom of yesterday can be combined with the freshness of today. We are excited to have you here!

Meet Linda
Photobucket

I have been married to the same man for thirty-seven years and I plan on keeping him for another thirty-seven.  He is kind, gentle and always supportive. As I mentioned, I have five boys and one girl.  They have blessed me with sixteen wonderful grandchildren who are a delight.  While raising my children I tried to continue to grow and develop and discover just “Who I am”.  So far, I have discovered that besides a wife, mother, sister and daughter, I am also a writer, potter, painter, quilter and I don’t know what all yet.

Meet Rebecca
Photobucket

Rebecca is a work in constant progress.  Her mothering skills are always being honed and refined.  She is always challenging herself and finding new joys in life and sharing them with her husband and daughter.   She is fun to be with. You can find her blogging over at Thrilled by the Thought as well.

Meet Cindy

Cindy is a beautiful blond with the greatest smile in the world.  She is so kind and patient.  I have often told her I want to be like her when I grow up. She is the awesome mother of four children and has an awesome ability to roll with the punches.

Meet Sharon

Sharon has been married to her husband for 27 years and has 5 children (one of them being Vanessa below) 3 girls and 2 boys. Right now she has two kids serving LDS missions, two daughters married and her baby boy still at home a junior in high school. She stays busy with her part time job as a seamstress, playing with her two granddaughters and hanging out with her husband and son. She also blog over at http://www.thesavvygrandma.com

Meet Vanessa

Vanessa is awesome.  She is still a little girl at heart and brings the world of fun and make believe to her two little girls.  Somehow she manages to include her serious husband in this lovely world of girls she has created.  She works hard to develop and keep relationships alive in the family. You can find her blogging over at I Never Grew Up as well.

I just discovered this site. It is wonderful and I would love to be more involved. I have a degree in Family Studies, so talking about anything that involves marriage, parenting, etc. is SO interesting to me!

I have a blog, but it is all about my family, so it is for invited readers only. If any of you want/need to see it before I can be a guest writer let me know!

Thanks,
Emily Clark
